Another definite advantage to at least pricing cruises and vacations online is that you get to do it on your time, in your own home or office without the sales pressure sometimes inflicted by face to face quotations. You also have all the time you need to browse through the myriad of cruise and vacation opportunities to get the travel getaway the best suits your needs and desires. We have all heard of the nightmares that some vacationers have had with travel agents and agencies. There are "scam artists" in virtually every business.
