The most successful people in business are the ones who look for problems and develop solutions to cure their problems. They have a vision which is bigger than just to make a little money. What problems do people have when they order from your competition? What can you do to make your product or service a better answer to people's needs? When you ask yourself these types of questions you are often taking the first step to success.
