How to Change Your Negative Reality

It is often taken for granted that the reality tomorrow will be the same as today.

But the fact is it changes constantly, imperceptibly without even our realizing that the reality has changed. The inability to grasp the changing reality is perhaps the single most important reason leading one to failures. While we blame the luck, the stars, government policies or the economy, it is an undeniable fact that the blame squarely lies on our inability to grasp the changing reality.

Time and space are not static concepts. They are in constant dynamic motion. And with the time and space our past and future change constantly. Then how is it that we do not realize the change? And how could past change? The reason is very simple. We view our past in a two dimensional state which we observe. We do not see the third dimension of interacting forces set in motion by our the past which is constantly creating new futures. We may call this the non physical dimension. There is a distinct potential of creating alternative futures of our choice once we recognize and interpret this non physical dimension

To explain the concept in very simple term let us look at an accident occurring in front of you and your colleague. Both are viewing the same event. But when it is recounted the versions are very different, the emotions are different, the outcome is different. The reality is different for the same event occurring at the same time for two different people. The reality could change for the same person as well, the way one interprets the event. The non physical past itself is different for two people with the same event. The physical event is the same. But the more important non physical reality of the same event has set in motion forces which are going to shape our future.

We also have the choice to change the non physical past of any event in the way we look at the event.

And this is what we call beliefs. Beliefs are our interpretation of past experiences and how we look at the experience.

Generally we hold the past events in a fixed image. Today is the same as yesterday. This minute is the same as the next. One meals is the same as the next and the beliefs get fixed in our mind and this where we are sacrificing the creative freedom to change our reality.

Every moment is different and unique. Even every event itself has many hues of reality. Today's events cannot be looked at in comparison with similar past event.

The comparable event of the past can at best be a tool for recognition and not for judgment or decision. And realizing this process of changing reality can empower us - put the power to change our world as we please.

To change our reality we therefore must do two things. First we must look at and examine all our beliefs which is the non physical part of our past and change the beliefs which are holding us back. This will help us to remove the negativities of the past and focus only on the positive events and positive beliefs.

Secondly you must believe that you are living in a world which though ever changing can still be shaped the way you want it to be. This puts the creative power of choice in your hands to shape your destiny. You create your world.

So take the step now of creating a world which you want and not a world which others want for you. Because your reality is very different from others. You have been doing this somewhat unconsciously right from the time you were born. Unfortunately the social conditioning made you believe otherwise. You were told you were the product of everything else except your own choices

So now let us restore that choice and start changing our reality from this moment on.
