RSS Meet Targets Advani
The RSS is getting feedback from its 140 pracharaks or local leaders from across the country and the news is not good for BJP President LK Advani. Many pracharaks want more pressure to be put on Advani after what they call his "ideological deviations". However, with BJP National Secretary Sudheendra Kulkarni's resignation yesterday, one of the major RSS demands has already been accepted. RSS ideology NDTV has learnt that these 140 pracharaks want to force Advani out of the post of party president. They say the BJP chief's comments praising Jinnah have made it very difficult for them to project the RSS ideology. However, those attending the meeting ostensibly to discuss training are not saying much on record. "All the issues are being discussed in the meeting. We will tell you the outcome at the end of the three-day meet," said Kanshiram Rana, BJP leader. Pressure tactics In a move directed at putting pressure on LK Advani, the RSS pracharaks are even considering the extreme step of closing down their shakhas or daily meetings of their cadre in Gujarat and Rajasthan. It's a move they gamble aimed at hurting the BJP politically as the shakhas feed the BJP cadres. The RSS is also considering to recall all those Sangh workers who were on deputation in the BJP - again a move to hurt the BJP at an organisational level. The only thing that has emerged clearly is that LK Advani is no more the blue-eyed boy of the RSS and any attempts made by him to reach out to the Sangh are not working. While the RSS is not keen to spend its entire meeting on Advani's political future, they do want to tell all the workers within the Sangh Parivar that LK Advani is to be blamed for the existing problems. Is the Federal Trade Commission really stopping SPAM? Is the FTC and all of our tax dollars doing any good reducing SPAM? Why do we even bother to pretend? Did the FTC assume that its publicity alone would scare the spammers into quitting? The FTC is quite arrogant in that case. They spent over a year having meetings trying to define what SPAM actually was; then when we ask for a progress report as the SPAM had increased they say: "We are working on it, we need to redefine SPAM." Why? Well so they can make their cases stick? As if lawsuits will help? You see folks the FTC is as impotent as the Viagra SPAM we get each day. The FTC is still to this day debating with themselves what a commercial e-mail is? CAN-SPAM Act was an utter disappointment. Once again it proves the government does nothing very well. Both the Democratic and Republican parties have valued the filibuster as a means to bring compromise and bipartisanship to bitter and divisive debates. The Will To Fight for Islam The more I study the dynamics of WWII the more I am convinced that we won the war because of our entrepreneurs and their output; manufacturing capability. With most other things being equaled; technology, techniques of war strategy, etc.; only two things won us the war. The Will to Win, and the never before achieved industrial output. I can safely say in the car wash industry no one has more will than us and no one has the ramp up capability that could supercede us. Does this mean the US will for ever completely dominate the industry? No, nothing is set in stone and there are many possible futures and outcomes. However, with all things being equal and our teams ability to adapt and roll with the punches I believe we have the best odds of victory. Each time we bring more fervor, more resolve and more will to the table we just that much closer to being the top dog. Size does matter, but size alone does not proclaim advanced victory. I think the movie Rocky said it best. He was in it heart, body and soul to win it. Everyone could identify with that movie and wanted Rocky to win, but no one more than Rocky himself. Vince Lombarde also talks of this human phenomena. As much as I wanted the US to win the Olympic Hockey game, I could not forsake Canada's team. They clearly went for it and played like true champions. They deserved to win and win they did. Operation Iraqi Freedom, Soldiers and Their Psyche Have you noticed that the when the service men who have been killed in action in this war, that the journalists go harass the families and girlfriends or wives of the fallen soldiers? During these interviews I could not help but notice that the infantry warriors killed had girlfriends or wives who were full figured ethnic woman or young ladies. The inner city kind with the tough attitude; Why is this? I have several ideas why. Here they are: First one is that military bases are in areas that are usually tough neighborhoods, they are near logistical locations with railroad tracks and lots of noise from the base thus richer people do not live near by creating an ethnic type area of population diversity. Notice in any city there is a MLK Blvd. Always near the railroad tracks and is either connected to runs through an industrial area. Near Military bases are always industrial areas for civilian contractors who service the bases needs. Also logistics such as commissary needs, trucking, heavy industrial needs, etc. All this means that the nearest entertainment and release for the soldiers will be right off base nearby and in a rough neighborhood. Thus any person that the warrior meet would be one tough enough to hold her own in the rough neighborhood, such as a sassy full figured women who is local or travels to meet the young studs.
